I have set up a feed for my WordPress account. To add it to your friends list, click on the icon below then select 'Add' from the top section.



It looks like you will get the excerpt of my last ten entries right at the top of your friends list to begin with but then posts should only appear as they are posted. FWIW, some of the ten entries on my feed at present have not been posted to LJ so they are not all repeats.
